this is a really great explanation of the singer spec, and i can see it being REALLY useful for onboarding members of my team to the spec/taps. i couldn’t tell though — are there areas of divergence in your take from the current singer spec? parts that should be removed, or added?

There should be no divergence from the original spec. This is my attempt at explaining it in a clearer form, but there should be no difference in the implementation details. I’ve basically removed all of the Stitch-specific and running of taps stuff from the original docs. I’m definitely open to some merge requests though if you see a problem 😄
