Currently build uses the cached repo version

@thousands-library-17999 It's possible that

docker build

is not running

meltano install

again because it's not detecting any changes in

meltano.yml

and thinks the previously generated layer is still valid. You can make a superficial change to

meltano.yml

to get

docker build

to pick up the change, or you can run with

--no-cache

to skip the cache
