Is there any way manage schema migrations through this tool, even if using another tool like flyway. Would be nice to consolidate into one codebase

We've been discussing this in https://gitlab.com/meltano/meltano/-/issues/2336, but so far we haven't reached a conclusion yet. Please weigh in if you have additional suggestions 🙂
