Essentially I m wondering what changing the `MELTANO DATABASE URI` does as far as logging goes We want to make sure we keep the logs and we re debating between a stateless and a stateful deployment If we go stateless it seems like we d lose the logs in ` meltano logs` but are wondering if changing `MELTANO DATABASE URI` to an external database would keep those

Meltano doesn t currently store logs in the system database or anywhere other than ` meltano logs` but we could certainly consider changing that if it would have advantages for you

Also don t forget to look at Airflow s logs which should also contain all `meltano elt` output
