Is there a target_redshift that supports batch messages? Is there a ticket tracking this?

I couldn't find neither target nor ticket. BUT we have the Singer Most Wanted list and there is an issue for a new target based on the SDK: https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/Singer-Most-Wanted/issues/18 Maybe it makes sense to put your reasoning behind the BATCH support in there as well?
