Aghuaghgagh I hit the whole capabilities with meltano.yml thing again. 1. Add state to a new tap 2. Test state with that tap, everything looks to be working properly, the state stores properly in the database things look great! 3. When the tap runs the state from the DB doesn't get sent to the tap 4. Hard to see this is happening, and then when it does you feel like an idiot (add state to the capabilities list) I've had it happen >5 times now and somehow I still forget
