Kinda like in school when you take a math class the answer isn't as important as how you got to the solution. Llm's equivalent would be having access to every math test that existed before and then it tries to copy and combine them together to answer the math question. While it can work and you may come up with the right answer a surprising amount of the time it's the wrong way to think about the problem so you will not be accurate in edge cases Extrapolate this out and llm's are really upgraded general autofills. Lots of cool stuff will come but nothing that takes devy jobs as it's not agi
