I get notification emails from Meltano’s slack, but I have all notifications turned off. I know it’s not a meltano issue but anyone else experiencing it? The other company slacks I’m in don’t message me updates. They’re not even mentions just peoples posts in getting-started, etc

I’ve had this happen on mobile. I have all mobile notifications turned off for Meltano slack but not for DMs on dbt and LO slacks. I randomly get notifications from Meltano slack every once in a while. It’s like something goes wonky in their notification system

Ironically, I received an email notification about this exact message 😛 I'm not able to find a way to disable the "unread messages" emails, only for mentions etc.. what I'd do is set up some sort of automation on email vendor side or client to archive / delete these as they come in. Should be fairly trivial, if you are on Microsoft Outlook or Google as providers 😕
