For SQLFluff users, this was apparently the oldest unresolved SQLFluff issue: adds the ability to treat specific rules as warnings. Merged today, not yet released but you can read about it in the 'latest' docs here: https://docs.sqlfluff.com/en/latest/configuration.html#downgrading-rules-to-warnings I was watching this and am excited for the feature - especially for teams that want SQL linting to be a CI blocker, except when it shouldn't. 😅 🎉
