For me, Data Mill has Apache and MIT licensed code that can be used to run AGPL Singer CLI applications. We also have AGPL licensed taps and targets. We used AGPL mostly because the other taps/targets were, but the intent for us is just to make sure if someone modifies the actual tap, they keep those modifications open source. Not to create a license virus that takes over any project that uses it.
