what is the process for registering taps on the hub? there are a couple taps i wouldn't mind rebuilding with the sdk if i get some free time (slack, looker) but i would want to do it in the "right way" for the community

Right now it's a merge request to the repo to add a few files. Namely a YAML file and an image for the tap. https://gitlab.com/meltano/hub/-/merge_requests/101 is a good example.
