I was trying to add link checking and a sitemap to the hub and I've run into several issues on the M1 macs while trying to set up a ruby env. Where should I document those sorts of troubleshooting steps? I was thinking the README would be fine since it'll be a short section but I wanted to double check

I normally would put this into

CONTRIBUTING.md

but I don't think that one has this yet. Maybe we add it and link back to README?

I've also added TROUBLESHOOTING.md files before with mixed results. It needs a contributing file so I'll put that in there
