Part of the challenge that we’ve seen at GitLab with DevOps tooling is integration nightmare - multiple tools to make an entire toolchain. Visibility across the tools is difficult as they’re all not aware of each other. I love this idea of focusing on the metadata because it is a critical piece that’s hard to handle across the stack. One of the things I want to think about more is how Meltano can help you understand the end to end process even better.
