Hey <!channel> 👋 I’ve got an announcement I’m pretty excited about - we’re launching MeltanoLabs today, which is a new home for any Singer connector, dbt package, and Meltano plugin 🎉 We wrote a blog post about it, but the TL;DR is that this is a new community-ownership model for Meltano plugins, but particularly Singer connectors. If you’ve ever wanted to make an improvement to a connector but not have your personal GitHub namespace be the canonical source for the improved version, then MeltanoLabs is your answer. melty flame There’s more detail in the blog post (go read it!). As with all things we’ll continue to iterate on the model in collaboration with the community, but we’re really excited about how this can help the Singer and Meltano communities. 💜 This is particular relevant for Tap-toberfest too - if you build a connector with the SDK, then MeltanoLabs would be the perfect home for it!
