Issue: Sometimes airflow scheduler starts a job, but never finishes it. I have some jobs are with a "running" status, but are staying that way with days with no success. How can we check and retry if certain time passes without finalization of Meltano jobs?

table when you determine they're stale, or to manually set their status to

failed
