Simple Q, so apologies if this is on a doc page or somewhere in a readme, ... As changes are made to the meltano.yml file, how is that reflected is the current application state? Is the meltano.yml save/update triggering an update in db and environment variable state? Is it polled and ? Does the app need to be restarted?
