Meltano

For the basic extract-load process (not the transform using DBT), is there a way to easily prefix the table names that are created for a given tap or pipeline?

Something like:
table_prefix=`stripe_`
schema=`meltano` (already exists with tap-postgres)
desired output table example:   `meltano.stripe_customer` and `meltano.stripe_invoices`

Hi <@U06CBVD0SDQ>! This is not currently possible with any tap or target I’m aware of, no. 

We are considering adding Singer message-level transformations (as I mentioned here: <https://meltano.slack.com/archives/CFG3C3C66/p1597719041499500|https://meltano.slack.com/archives/CFG3C3C66/p1597719041499500>) to Meltano that would make something like this pretty easy to implement with a `rename` transformation, but that will probably not be implemented for at least another month.

<@U06CBVD0SDQ> This is a really good use case for dbt, though, although that‘s a relatively heavy dependency to add for something simple. Couldn’t be easier to implement than using Meltano, though! Let me know if you’d like some pointers.
