How to set or ignore state? Like if I want to instruct the tap to extract the full data set, or manually set state?

record's state unconditionally. Adding some option to do a full extraction aka pass no state seems reasonable and should be pretty straightforward! Wanna create an issue? 🙂 As for manually setting state, what's your use case?

Ignoring state and doing a full load is good enough. I was just thinking ahead a little about manually setting state
