I cannot seem to update a custom extractor plugin

Even after deleting the .meltano directory and the venv where meltano is installed, then recreating the venv and pip installing meltano, running a `meltano discover` still shows my custom extractor

If the custom extractor is still in your `meltano.yml`, that's expected

I was troubleshooting around my earlier comment

I couldn't tell if `meltano install` did an upgrade of custom extractor pip packages, so I was starting from blank slate

<@U06C8NEFG2Z> It does, it just runs `pip install &lt;pip_url&gt;`  for each plugin in your `meltano.yml`, treating known and custom plugins the same
