Can the CLI upgrade a plugin? Or do I need to modify the pip_url in meltano.yml?

meltano install

, Meltano will run

pip install <pip_url>

again for each plugin, so if a new version is available it will be installed automatically, unless of course the

pip_url

pointed at a specific version
