FYI the model I've created is in

/myproj/transform/models/my_meltano_project/surveymonkey/transform/responses_source.sql

This is the dbt transform, which you'll have to add to your

transform/dbt_project.yml

so it runs when dbt runs the transformations. You model files should be in

model/surveymonkey/responses_source.topic.m5o

(depending on how you want to structure your model).
