Meltano

<@U06C97G8MNH> I can not reproduce this issue locally. I’ll open an issue so that we can investigate this more thoroughly.

Two comments:

1. It should not affect this but it seems that you are not in the latest version of Meltano:
       `You must update Meltano to get new plugins updates`
 2.   The error you get of `run_discovery_hook` failing and `tap-csv` not being able to access `extract/files-def.json` is really strange. Can you please `ls -al` to make sure that you have no weird rights there?

I am using the DigitalOcean appliance, which was instantiated yesterday. How can I update it?
