IIRC you should define it from the root of the Meltano project, as it is the working directory for the

meltano elt …

process. You might want to peek at https://gitlab.com/meltano/tap-csv/blob/master/tap_csv/__init__.py#L91 for a deep dive.

As Micael said: if the file is located inside the

extract

directory of your Meltano Project, just remove the initial

/
