Hi, was wondering if it's worth porting some of the content in https://meltano.com/blog/how-to-build-a-custom-extractor-with-meltano/ to https://docs.meltano.com/tutorials/custom-extractor. Happy to do the PR but just wanted to check it's worth it before starting.

Hah now I found this thread again. Short answer: Yes! Of course! We want the docs to be the one place where everyone can learn about Meltano so that content should be united there. A lot of information is all over the place (I just found a tap-postgres - target-postgres "tutorial" inside an old GitLab issue...), so its great that you're thinking about putting that together.
