Wondering if we Meltano can have an "meltano-examples" project in the official github. Another project that i follow(numba) does this at https://github.com/numba/numba-examples . They usually have demo's or working code examples of new features per version which can be super useful. If this is already being done, that's awesome and I would love to see it
