I was wondering if anyone has found a way to resolve the flake8 failures about

**kwargs

parameters during git pre-commit checks. If I leave it out I get

DAR101 Missing parameter(s) in Docstring: - **kwargs

. When I add it in I get

RST210 Inline strong start-string without end-string.

I have tried the wrapping and backticks mentioned here https://github.com/peterjc/flake8-rst-docstrings/issues/18 without success.
