@aaronsteers I saw that as an issue with

raise KeyboardInterrupt()

so I changed it to instead of raising propigate the signal and otherwise ignore it the first time. This addresses the Docker race concern raised in my note. I tested it locally and it worked as expected so I think that thread can be closed, unless y'all have any concerns about the behavior
