has anyone used https://github.com/singer-io/tap-bing-ads and know if there is a way to do incremental loads of Bing Ads reports? after looking at the catalog it seems the only stream that supports incremental loads is the accounts stream, which is very small so this is not all that useful my concern is that if automated the pipeline will sync all reports from the start date, which will become larger and larger as times goes on, and most of the data pulled will have already been ingested. any ideas?
