trying tap-mysql and target-snowflake.. getting this error

snowflake.connector.errors.ProgrammingError: 100096 (22007): Can't parse '"2022-03-20T08:51:03+00:00"' as timestamp with format 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH24:MI:SS TZH:TZM'

That smells like a target-snowflake issue. If you could put in an issue to the target-snowflake github that would be the best (Probably already is one there? Hopefully?) Workaround is to override the type for that column in your meltano schema to a string. See https://docs.meltano.com/concepts/plugins#schema-extra
