but im getting a versions problems, Does someone know with is the best version of meltano to use this tap??

Try setting the

pip_url

to

git+<https://github.com/goes-funky/tap-airtable.git|https://github.com/goes-funky/tap-airtable.git>

I don't think that tap is published to PyPI 🙂
