Hello! Is there a way to modify some job state without running a query directly on the database?

Hi @or_barda ! What you describe is currently the only way, but we have plans for a CLI that allows for state manipulation: https://gitlab.com/meltano/meltano/-/issues/2754. If that's something that'd solve this for you, please leave a 👍 in the issue and/or a comment describing your use case 🙂

Also, I think it worth adding capability of updating existing object in the state or adding new object to the state
