i’m hunting docs to see if I can prevent concurrency

@douwe_maan and @julian_knight - I found an added comment in the MR about

--force

but elsewhere I couldn’t find reference to the concurrency-prevention in place. Unless you see otherwise, I think I’ll go ahead and open an Issue (+MR as I have time) around concurrency prevention in the “Deployment in Production” docs here: Deployment in Production | Meltano
