Hey all, Medically Home is looking for an
Analytics Engineer!
• The company is focused on
delivering hospital quality care in the home for high acuity (ie. very sick) patients across the US.
• We have been growing a good deal in the past year (100+ now) and recently announced investments from key players in the healthcare space (Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente).
• This is an opportunity to define our data pipeline from scratch! I just recently
pushed a Proof of Concept that will enable us to rip out custom Python cron jobs with
Airflow & Meltano. Next up is
replacing the downstream SQL transformation jobs with dbt!
• The team has been stellar so far -
there is autonomy to do what you do best as well as the potential to grow your skillset. Plus, the CTO was the VP of Engineering at Fibit so has the experience and vision to steer the ship in the right direction.
• I really appreciate that
the company isn't just tech folks who think they can disrupt healthcare with code. We have teams across Oncology, Nursing, Medicine, and Paramedicine (
https://www.medicallyhome.com/leadership/). To me, this translates to patient centered products and an upbeat and supportive environment across the company. The people are here for a reason - to help patients!
