Is using dbt as a transformation plugin in Meltano still recommended practice? I note the big banner at the top of the docs page saying there has been “a significant change in strategy”

You can definitely still use dbt! It’s currently at an older version but we’ll be upgrading it soon and we plan to continue investing in making Meltano a great way to run dbt. We’ll remove that notice later this month once we do a deeper review of everything on that page.

we’re probably better off having the metlano and the dbt separate and using a dag to run one after the other I guess
