I really like Meltano for being very lean, but I just started AirFlow and my laptop started its jet engines and preparing for liftoff

Airflow and similar orchestrators in general let you: • Configure automatic retries • Add dependencies between tasks ("do this if that succeeds/fails") • Monitor tasks in a purpose-built UI • Send alerts
