I've released a tap for the Salesloft platform written using the Meltano SDK 🥳: https://hub.meltano.com/extractors/tap-salesloft--markestey/ Previously the only other connector was using the Airbyte wrapper so now there is an option that is Singer native. Thanks to @pat_nadolny for adding it to the Meltano Hub!
m
such good timing… I was just trying to wrap my head around why we needed to use an airbyte connector from within Meltano, but before I got to deep into it, I found your PR!
m
Nice, let me know if you need any help with it! I'm going through and doing the stream_maps to remove (most of) the "_href"s 😁
I might put something in the documentation on how to strip them since they're nested in an object so I needed to use a few tricks to get the stream map to work. I couldn't figure out a way to filter the object array cases though. 😅
m
just ran this and it worked the first time, good stuff @mark_estey!

@mark_estey question on the salesloft tap: I see that the
people
and
account
streams return which stage each entity is in, is there any way to see stage history for each of these entities? Wasn't clear to me if Salesloft api supports this but wondering if you are more familiar with it
m
Sadly I haven't actually dug through or modelled much with this data because our team that requested it has been focused on other things. The only "history" the API has is the activity_history stream which may or may not have that, but otherwise you might need to snapshot the data to track it
s
got it thanks!
