Hello everybody! I start to learn about dbt in Meltano, so I have a little question, is possible to use dbt to make an update? My idea is if I can use some tap to extract the data, use the dbt plugin to create a model that change the data (like SQL Update sentence) and lastly use a target to load the data. The most examples are with select sentences, and in the docs I read about incremental strategies that is a possibility to make an update, but doesn't found a clearly example of how use it
