Hello everybody! I use transformer dbt-postgres with tap-csv and target-postgres. When I run the pipeline, It's works because I can see the changes in the db but I get the next error (images attached of the terminal). What's could be the problem?

Seems like a bytes decoding issue. Doesn't seem to affect running the plugin but it's distracting nonetheless: https://github.com/meltano/meltano/issues/8377
