Has anyone else noticed unusually long run time on the Meltano variant of tap-hubspot lately when using the companies stream? It's happened twice now, Tuesday and Thursday (~2:30am UTC). It took 2 hours and 3.4 hours, respectively. The one on Wednesday took under a minute. They're all set up to pull the past seven days of data, and we're not fetching any other streams at the time. The API calls associated with the access token went through the roof, increasing >150x from Wednesday to Thursday. I've got pages of calls to

per minute (all 200). I'm curious if this is an issue with the tap or with Hubspot. The fact it worked fine on Wednesday and in local testing suggests to me the latter.
