Hi everyone - I'm getting started with Meltano and have a qq: how are most products managing retrieving authentication credentials for extractors? Specifically for products in the are "self-serve" analytics. I'd like to analyze facebooks ads, hubspot, and shopify data for ecommerce clients, for example, but don't currently have apps/developer accounts on anything of those platforms. Most APIs require an access token, at a minimum, which are usually created via a developer application that can take a long time to get approved, depending on platform. Are most projects using solutions like an iPaaS (alloy, workato, tray, merge, paragon, etc), or creating developer applications where needed, or something else?

Some create the apps and get approval. A lot of times you can ln have the client create an "internal" app which gets around the approval stuff, just depends on your scale
