Is there any way to have Meltano run as a server with a REST/HTTP API, or is this all deprecated?

Hi @Hayden Ness! The API was removed in version 3.

(it mentions only the UI, but the API was bundled with that)

I thought so, thank you for the clarification, though unfortunate. I have started working on our own Flask project that should hopefully get us to where we need to be.
