Is Meltano going to develop a meltanolabs Redshift connector? I have been using the Wise variant for a while, but it hasn't had maintenance in 4 years, and the Ticketswap variant has an AWS region hard-coded.

If the issue is just a hardcoded region, why not just raise that in the repo so the maintainer can take a look?
