hii i am working on tap-postgres extractor , i add all config neccessary for the tap-postgres , but didnt get output through meltano invoke tap-postgres , is catalog.json need to define?

Now i get the date from the table , if i want perticular day data from table so how to do that and running scheduler from that day onwards
