Where do you specify default schema and table grants in the

target-snowflake

meltanolabs variant. I know that feature exists in the transferwise variant (https://hub.meltano.com/loaders/target-snowflake--transferwise/#default_target_schema_select_permission-setting) but not sure if there's a different way of implementing the same meltanolabs variant

It's not currently supported but I've created https://github.com/MeltanoLabs/target-snowflake/issues/263 to track it. Do give it a 👍.
