#9644 fix: Compatibility with click 8.2+ Pull request opened by edgarrmondragon ## Description ## Related Issues • Closes #XXXX ## Summary by Sourcery Ensure compatibility with click 8.2+ by returning string-based choices for the store flag, converting them back to enums internally, and updating CLI tests to use the new stdout attribute and runner behavior. Bug Fixes: • Replace deprecated result.output with result.stdout in CLI tests • Update remove command test to pass tap.type.value instead of the enum instance Enhancements: • Return store choices as strings and set click.Choice defaults to enum .value in CLI config commands • Convert incoming store string values back to SettingValueStore enum instances within command implementations • Add temporary mix_stderr toggle in the MeltanoCliRunner fixture for legacy click support (TODO to remove) Tests: • Add TYPE_CHECKING guard import in test_remove • Adjust test_cli and test_job_cmd assertions to use stdout • Update cli_runner fixture to configure stderr mixing for click compatibility • Introduce type hints in test_remove for ProjectPlugin Chores: • Insert TODO to drop mix_stderr workaround once click<8.2 support is removed meltano/meltano
