Enhancements: • Enable the native GitHub discussion template validation hook in the JSON schema pre-commit configuration and clean up related pre-commit hook entries. Build: • Update pre-commit hook revisions for JSON schema checks, Ruff, and uv to their latest compatible versions. • Regenerate the uv.lock file to reflect updated dependency versions.
