cat .meltano/run/airflow/airflow-scheduler.pid | xargs kill
But I'm not sure that this is even the intended way to stop the scheduler. The Getting Started guide should mention how to stop the airflow scheduler daemon, and meltano invoke airflow scheduler -D should probably log how to stop the daemon as well.
The same is true for the airflow webserver run as a daemon.
