plugins

directory for my custom plugins that didnt have lock files. Is this on purpose? Since these are custom plugins the lock file isn't doing anything other than copying a subset of whats in my meltano.yml. If it adds value somehow then thats fine but I believe that originally lock files were created to snapshot the plugin metadata from meltano hub for stability but these aren't hub backed plugins, theyre custom. If I run lock against one of those plugins I get
