Enhancements: • Bump pre-commit hooks (zizmor, check-jsonschema, ruff, uv, mdformat) to newer released versions across the main repo and all cookiecutter templates. • Add a typos pre-commit hook to mapper, tap, and target cookiecutter templates for automated spelling checks.
