#10180 fix: Swapped the positioning for cloud and open on changelog along with descriptions added. Pull request opened by ekalra-meltano Description • Reordered changelog tabs: "Meltano Cloud" now appears before "Meltano Open" in the tab switcher. • Default to Meltano Cloud: the "Changelog" navbar link now points to

/changelog/cloud

by default instead of the Meltano Open changelog . • Updated back-link copy: "Back to Changelogs" → "Back to Changelog" . • Rewrote Meltano Cloud changelog entries: replaced date-only titles with a concise, descriptive one-line summary of each release, and expanded the excerpt/description under each title to a 2–3 line summary of the key changes. The date badge on each entry is unaffected. • Navbar icon hover color: GitHub and Slack icons in the navbar now hover to the brand's light purple (

, matching the existing light-mode link hover color) instead of blue, in light mode. Checklist • I have read the contribution guide Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? • Yes (please specify the tool below) Related Issues • Closes #XXXX meltano/meltano
